The Knight

A knight reaches its destination by first moving two hexes in any direction through the sides of the hexes, then veering either forward-left or forward-right to an adjacent hex. Note that moving the knight one hex, then veering two (not shown) acheives the same destinations. Knights always move to a hex of a different color. The knights are the only pieces that can leap over obstacles and therefore cannot be blocked. Each player begins with two knights.
